Events update:
Unfortunately, we will not be attending the NECANN event in Boston later this month. Various logistical problems have caused a change of plans. We will hopefully be there later this year. And we will keep the Events page of our website as updated as possible.
New drops:
The Cherry Gar-see-ya R1 will be made available to purchase soon and we will be unveiling our new packaging design then as well. Keep your eyes (and email) open for a drop date TBA soon.
Multipass Updates:
IF YOU PAID FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP BEFORE FEBRUARY 1, 2020
Domestic shipments are 99% completed and we’re showing about 85% delivered. If you still haven’t received your package and have not received an email confirmation (from C Gordon via stamps.com) regarding tracking info please email sales@ethosgenetics.com so we can clear up any issues.
International shipping has begun! But, we’re doing it tentatively to look for successes and weaknesses in the process in order to better ensure delivery. Please be patient with us and avoid emailing about your individual shipment unless there is a specific question you have regarding your membership.
IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP
If you have signed up but we have not received payment you must take action soon! If your enrollment isn’t confirmed and paid by March 31st, it will be removed from our records.
Please be aware that members who complete payment from now on will be eligible for all the benefits of the fan club and will receive the next gift bag we send out later this year.
We will be sending an email blast specifically to those who signed up and still need to pay. Be on the look out for this communication if this applies to you.
IF YOU STILL WANT TO JOIN
We will be closing the sign-up for the Ethos Multipass Fan Club on April 21st, 2020. If you want to join you will have to do so before then!
We likely will re-open the enrollment in the future and we will announce it in an email blast similar to this one.
